Brenda Ochodnicky, is a professional business consultant, and the principal of CCS Consultants LLC.  She is a small business advocate and entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience spanning business & finance, sales, marketing, personnel administration, professional development & training, executive search and consulting, and corporate governance. Her staff and company supports customers who are investigating a market opportunity, starting a business, succession planning, restructuring or growing their business.  Brenda is a seasoned facilitator, public speaker and author of the “Visions I and IIã” training series which focuses on professional development, strategic business planning, diversity and entrepreneurship.  Her education in business and psychology built a great foundation for her devotion to supporting people with reaching their full potential and seeing good companies become great!   

Brenda’s experience has taught her that the most productive people are those who are fulfilled in their work.  She also learned that it is never too late to re-invent yourself.  This is the basis of her philosophy and what led her to become an advocate for small business and self-employment.  The satisfaction she receives as a consultant is helping others to discover their potential and have the confidence to take action.  She describes it as acting as a pioneer guide, clearing a path so others can reach their goals.

CCS Consultants LLC is a member of the  Howell Chamber of Commerce, member of the National Rehabilitation Association and registered with the Better Business Bureau.  Brenda is a registered Business Plan Advisor with Palo Alto Software Company and she was awarded the Small Business Resource Award the by Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth/MRS in recognition for her contributions to their entrepreneurs with disabilities program.  Brenda is a community leader, the 2007-08 President of Livingston Sunrise Rotary; a Multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Rotary District 6380 Assistant Governor and and serves on the Livingston County United Way Board of Directors & the Brighton Art Guild Board of Directors..
